“Call to Me and I will answer you, and tell you [and even show you] great and mighty things, [things which have been confined and hidden], which you do not know and understand and cannot distinguish.”

—Jeremiah 33:3 AMP

This is not merely a verse.

It is a summons from the throne room.

God isn’t offering a surface-level response. He’s not speaking of casual insight.

He is inviting you into what has been confined and hidden.

Not just because you need answers,

but because you were created to discover.

There are mysteries wrapped in layers of divine timing.

There are vaults in the Spirit that do not open by intellect—only by invitation and intimacy.

And when God says, “Call to Me,”

He is asking, “Will you step into what only intimacy can unlock?”

What Is Hidden Wasn’t Meant to Stay Hidden Forever

God hides things not to keep them from us,

but to keep them for us.

Proverbs 25:2 reveals:

“It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, but the glory of kings is to search out a matter.”

This is the divine paradox—

God delights in hiding what only hunger will pursue.

Jeremiah 33:3 is His voice echoing through time:

“If you call, I will uncover. If you seek, I will show. If you hunger, I will reveal what no human eye has seen or ear has heard.”

These aren’t trivial facts.

They are great and mighty things

words in Hebrew that imply fortified, walled-off, inaccessible treasures,

locked behind barriers that only the Spirit can breach.

And God is saying to you,

“I’ll take you there—

if you’ll ask.

The Anatomy of a Divine Conversation

The invitation to “call” in Hebrew is qara—to cry out, to summon, to invoke with boldness.

It’s not a polite knock.

It’s a heart cry. A desperate shout. A yearning that refuses to be silenced.

And what happens when you call?

Not just an answer.

An unveiling.

This is the difference between earthly knowledge and divine revelation.

God says He will show you things you cannot distinguish

realities you’ve walked past, patterns you’ve missed, truths that were always there but unseen.

This is the kind of understanding that bypasses mental grasping.

This is Holy Spirit-led insight that awakens what has been dormant in your spirit.

Hidden Doesn’t Mean Absent—It Means Appointed

There are revelations appointed to seasons.

Jesus told His disciples in John 16:12,

“I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear.”

Translation?

“There are things I want to show you, but you’re not ready yet.”

Hidden things have timing.

And sometimes the reason something is still locked up isn’t because God is silent—

it’s because the moment of maturity has not yet met the moment of mystery.

But when it does—

the vault opens.

And what was once impossible to perceive suddenly becomes undeniably real.

Science and the Spiritual Eye

Even neuroscience supports this reality.

Your brain is wired with something called neuroplasticity

the ability to reshape itself as new truths are experienced and understood.

But you cannot perceive what you have no framework to interpret.

This is why the spirit must be awakened before the mind can comprehend.

Jeremiah 33:3 isn’t just a call to prayer—

it’s an invitation to let God restructure your perception.

To begin to see the world, your life, and even Scripture

through the lens of the Spirit, not the senses.

Why God Waits for You to Call

Because He wants relationship, not just results.

Because what He’s revealing isn’t just information—

it’s an impartation.

To see what is hidden, you must be positioned.

To hear what others can’t, you must be postured.

Jeremiah received this word while in prison.

Locked up, isolated, misunderstood—

and yet, it was in that very confinement that God said:

“Call to Me.”

Don’t wait for the perfect season.

Don’t wait to feel ready.

The confinement is often the key.

It strips distractions.

It isolates your cry.

And it qualifies you to receive what only the hidden can offer.

What Is God Wanting to Show You?

— Patterns in your past that were divine fingerprints.

— Solutions to problems you’ve long carried in silence.

— Hidden assignments for this very hour.

— Dreams that have hovered just beyond your reach because the time had not yet come.

— And secrets about who you really are that the world has tried to bury.

These are not random insights.

They are treasures sealed in God’s heart—meant for those bold enough to call, and still enough to listen.

A Personal Declaration: I Will Call, and I Will See

I declare that I am not afraid to call out to God.

I will not let silence convince me He is distant.

I will not believe the lie that mystery means absence.

I was created to know the voice of my Creator.

I was formed to discover the secrets He has kept for me.

I was born for deeper revelation.

So I will call.

I will listen.

I will receive.

Because my God has promised—

He will answer.

And He will show me great and mighty things that no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined.

A Prayer to Step Into the Hidden

Father,

You are not silent.

You are not withholding.

You are drawing me deeper—

into the places where only hunger unlocks the door.

So I call.

With reverence.

With boldness.

With the ache of one who was born to know You more.

Unveil what has been hidden.

Let me see what I could not see before.

Rewire my thinking,

restructure my heart,

and release to me the treasures that have waited for this moment in time.

Not for information—

but for transformation.

I am ready.

Speak, Lord.

Show me the great and mighty things You have set aside for this very hour.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

Final Thought: Your Curiosity Is the Key

What if the thing you’re missing is simply the question you’re not asking?

What if the veil between you and the next dimension of clarity isn’t resistance, but invitation?

Call to Him.

He will answer.

And you will see.

You were made for revelation.

Not just to know about God—

but to know Him,

see what He sees,

and step into the hidden with wide open eyes.
