The Spirit That Raised Him Lives in You and Me

Do you realize…?
That was the question.
The first line in my devotional this morning wasn’t a statement, but a holy interruption—a pause that dared me to lean in deeper:
Do you realize that the same Spirit that raised Christ from the grave is alive in you?
I’ve read it. I’ve quoted it. I’ve even prayed it.
But today… today I felt it.
Like electricity flooding my nervous system. Like divine voltage reawakening something in me that had settled for less than resurrection power. Something holy gripped my imagination and stretched it past the borders of familiarity. And suddenly, I wasn’t reading a verse—I was standing at the mouth of the empty tomb, trembling in the breath of what once was dead now alive.

The Radiant Proof in the Shroud of Turin
Science can’t explain what it refuses to bow to, but it cannot deny the trace evidence left behind.
The Shroud of Turin—that sacred linen believed to be Christ’s burial cloth—still carries an imprint not made by pigment or brush, but by light.
Radiation. Power. Resurrection.
According to researchers, the image was burned onto the cloth by a burst of ultraviolet light so intense that no technology known to man could replicate it. It wasn’t painted. It wasn’t stitched. It was seared into the fabric like a divine signature, left as proof for generations yet unborn: “I was here. I died. I rose. I AM.”
It’s as though God Himself took a final photograph of that moment—the moment death was reversed and history split open—so we would never forget. The intensity required for such an image would have vaporized any normal body. But Jesus wasn’t normal. And the Spirit that raised Him didn’t just raise Him—it left a radiant blueprinton fabric… and now lives within you.
Can you feel that?
Can you even begin to comprehend what it means that the same Spirit who created light, who hovered over the waters, who split the veil and shook the earth, now resides in your very being?
⸻
You Carry Resurrection
“And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you,
He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies
through His Spirit, who lives in you.”
—Romans 8:11 (NIV)
This is not symbolic. This is not poetic exaggeration. This is reality.
That same Spirit—the Ruach, the breath of God—doesn’t merely visit you… He inhabits you.
He doesn’t whisper from afar—He groans within you with intercession and power.
The power that burst through sealed stone, that defied decay, that undid what was final, is not just near… He is here. Now. In your lungs. In your bones. In the synapses of your mind. In the rhythm of your heartbeat.
You carry resurrection.
You walk with the potential to release life into dead places.
You are a mobile temple. A conduit of divine voltage. A walking miracle of mercy and might.
⸻
Tears That Flow from Resurrection Awe
If you ever truly slow down long enough to let that sink in, something will begin to tremble.
Tears will rise—not from sorrow but from awe. The kind of weeping that erupts when your heart can no longer contain the weight of glory. The kind of sobbing that comes from brushing up against the eternal.
It’s not emotional hype. It’s the physical manifestation of a soul remembering its origin.
You were always meant to host this power.
You were always meant to rise.
⸻
Greater Things Are Still to Come
“Truly, truly, I tell you, whoever believes in Me will also do the works that I am doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.”
—John 14:12 (BSB)
It almost feels blasphemous to read that verse.
Greater things?
But He said it.
And when Yeshua says something twice—Amein, Amein in Aramaic—He is not just repeating Himself for emphasis. He is opening the heavens for confirmation. The double declaration “Truly, truly” is a Hebraic and Aramaic idiom meaning what follows is eternal, irrevocable, and ratified in the courts of Heaven.
In Aramaic, Yeshua would have said:
“Amén, amén, amárná lkhón…”
(“Amen, amen, I say to you…”)
The word “Amen” (אָמֵן) is derived from the Hebrew root aman, meaning “to confirm, support, uphold, or make firm.” It is not a throwaway closing to a prayer—it is a divine agreement, a binding seal.
When He says it twice, it’s as if Yeshua is saying:
“This is not just true… it is foundational truth, ancient and unshakable. It has always been, and will always be.”
He’s not just inviting us into belief—He is authorizing us into it.
Yeshua Himself—our Messiah, our risen Lord—said you and I would be equipped for greater.
Not because we are greater,
but because the Spirit in us has multiplied.
Pentecost wasn’t a one-time event. It was a spiritual detonation—the outpouring of resurrection power released into every vessel that would dare to believe. It wasn’t just tongues of fire; it was the breath of God multiplied across nations, generations, and destinies.
This passage in John is not Yeshua being poetic—it is a commissioning. It is the transference of divine authority from the Son to the sons and daughters of God.
That includes you.
This is not a promise for the spiritually elite.
It is the birthright of every believer.
And now… you are not at the end of His kindness.
You are only at the threshold of what is possible.
⸻
I Hear the Spirit Say…
“You have not reached the end of My kindness over your life.
Even when you feel tired or overlooked,
My kindness still surrounds you like a river flowing with fresh oil.
What I have done before, I will do again—and even more.
I have not run out of miracles, and you are not too late for wonder.
What I did through My Son, I long to do again through you.
Be assured: now is the time for greater things.
Greater revelation. Greater healing. Greater boldness.
Greater displays of My love in ways you’ve never imagined.
Let go of limitation and make room for the miraculous.
You are not behind. You are not overlooked. You are aligned.
I have orchestrated even the delays to prepare the depth you would need
to carry the weight of My glory without it crushing you.
You were never forgotten. You were being formed.
Follow the path that has been set out before you
in accordance with My Kingdom ways.
Let obedience become your momentum.
Let trust become your vision.
You are equipped, and the power of My love will meet you at every juncture.
Wherever your foot lands in surrender, My Spirit will already be waiting.
Let the same Spirit that raised My Son now raise you—into everything I promised.
Because I have not changed. And My Word will not return void.
This is your hour for greater things.”
⸻
Final Thought
When you truly believe that resurrection power lives within you, you stop living like a victim of circumstance and begin walking as a vessel of unstoppable grace.
You are not powerless.
You are not forgotten.
You are not too late.
The same Spirit that ignited the dawn of new creation is alive in you.
So breathe deep.
Walk forward.
And live like the tomb is still empty—because it is.
And so are the excuses that once held you back.
Resurrection wasn’t just for Him.
It’s also your beginning.
